Headunit upgrade kit – To suit Nissan Patrol GU 2005-2016 Wagon

We’ve developed a full kit to install a Single DIN Stereo into the upper section of the GU4 dashboard.
This works exceptionally well in the case where you want to run a Large floating screen headunit, like the Alpine “Halo” models.
Having the screen in this location provides a clear view to mapping and camera’s so the driver can avoid taking their eyes off the road.

This kit is not as easy to fit as most of our products, and is recommended to have installed professionally.

However a keen DIY enthuisiest will be able to complete with a few choice words thrown in, Don’t blame us you were warned!
The hardest part to this kit is removing the bracket infront of the air duct, and the air duct its self. a multi-tool and a metal cutting blade will take you no more then 5 minutes to have both removed.

If you don’t have a multi-tool, go get one, they are $34 at bunnings and will save you alot of time on other projects on your car or around the house.

Installation is pretty straight forward otherwise and full colour instructions are provided.
