Built for Gator G4KDVR20, the G4K20HWK Hard Wire Kit relays consistent power supply to your dash cam for up to 24 hours. Why is this important? Because a lot of unfortunate incidents can happen in a parking lot while the vehicle is unattended. Even better, G4K20HWK ‘s armed with Auto Power Management System (APMS) which prevents your car’s battery from getting drained. With this capability in place, it’ll be much easier on your end to keep a watchful eye on your vehicle. Installing the dash cam with a hard wire kit also frees up the accessory socket in the vehicle and allows power cables to be hidden for a discreet installation. A firmware update for G4KDVR20 Dash Cam is required to enable park mode feature, instructions for this process are included with this hard wire cable kit.
