Amazing product! Very easily installed and it fits right into the original trim. Looks factory!
All and all great product looks amazing, however I did run into some issues
1. The hole for the ultimate 9 throttle controller was about 3-4mm too small. (Used a dremel to widen hole a bit not a big deal)
2. The hole allocated to plug the throttle controller cable in was on the side facing the factory buttons
But I did make it work with a bit of thinking. (Shaved away the back of panel to make plug fit, see photo
Love the product, just thought I would give a heads up to make easier for future buyers. Hope this helps
Hey mate,
Thanks for the review. Unfortunaly in your case this panel isn’t designed for the EVCX as you have discovered it is much larger and the cable entry is on a different side.
This product is only for the EVC controller or original iDRIVE listed in the description
I will update the listing though as I released this in 2020 before Ultimate9 brought out the EVCX, thank you :)
