While our other gauges feature a 7-bar map sensor for higher levels of boost, these diesel boost gauges come with our new 0-5v 3-wire 3-bar boost sensors, ensuring precision within the 0-30 psi range. Just like our acclaimed 7-bar sensors, these filtered sensors offer accuracy, speed, and reliability.

The Edge 52mm gauge series features exceptional VA type LCD panels designed exclusively for these gauges, offering unmatched clarity and brightness. The unique layout of the diesel-specific boost gauges, without the need for vacuum display, allows for larger graphics on the outer scale, creating a distinct appearance that complements the rest of the lineup.

The JRP Edge gauge series incorporates VA type LCD panels developed over a year, ensuring superior viewing angles and brightness. These gauges excel in both direct and off-angle viewing, maintaining their performance even when viewed from the side. With a brightness of 600nit, they remain clear and visible during daytime conditions, and the variety of selectable display colors makes it easy to match them with factory instrument clusters for a cohesive cabin look.

SINGLE POWER INSTALL

Each Edge 52mm diesel boost gauge within the collection features the Power Link capability, complete with an accompanying cable. This convenient attribute allows the provision of power to multiple gauges via a single link cable originating from the main gauge to any supplementary gauges. This approach eliminates the necessity for numerous power looms dedicated to individual gauges, streamlining the soldering or crimping process to the main gauge exclusively. For any extra gauges slated for installation, a straightforward procedure involves connecting a power link cable from one gauge to the subsequent one. This uncomplicated concept significantly expedites and enhances the installation of 3 or 4 gauges, all the while maintaining an organized aesthetic due to the inclusion of this feature on the gauges.

REMOTE CONTROL

The gauges themselves incorporate a single button located on the gauge body, enabling adjustments to the gauge’s settings. These adjustments encompass color preferences, threshold values for warnings, as well as the ability to view or reset peak values. Complementing this, every Edge 52mm diesel boost gauge is accompanied by an external button controller with a cable. This controller can be discreetly positioned within the vehicle cabin. This arrangement facilitates post-installation modifications to the gauge settings without necessitating the removal of the gauge from its housing. By connecting the provided button controller to the gauge, you can establish a convenient access point. The controller’s placement can be discreet, concealed, or even integrated into the dashboard for a sporty appearance. This setup ensures that tasks like updating warning configurations, adjusting colors, or managing peak values become effortlessly convenient.

WARNINGS & PEAK VALUES

All the Edge 52mm gauges have a cool feature – you can set your own warnings on them. This is a big deal for anyone using these gauges because you get to decide when the gauge gives you a heads-up. Specifically, the Edge 52mm digital diesel boost gauges have this covered. They come with a built-in buzzer that beeps if your boost goes higher than the limit you set. Plus, there’s a little symbol that shows up on the screen to warn you too. So, if your boost suddenly goes way up, which might mean your turbo’s not working right, the gauge tells you. Another neat thing is that these gauges can remember the highest boost they saw. This helps you check the most boost your gauge recorded without always staring at it.
